An embedded controller for the KompressorKlock project, built on the STM32G071G8Ux microcontroller. It manages user input via a rotary encoder and controls peripheral hardware using I2C and PWM signals. The system is developed using the STM32Cube G0 firmware package and standard HAL drivers.

Overview

The KompressorKlock project serves as a specialized embedded controller designed to orchestrate hardware peripherals through a streamlined user interface. Built for the STM32G071G8Ux microcontroller, it represents a focused application of the STM32G0 series, which is known for its efficiency and integration in cost-sensitive yet performance-oriented designs.

A primary feature of the KompressorKlock is its reliance on a rotary encoder for user input. In embedded systems, rotary encoders are a preferred choice for menu navigation and parameter adjustment because they offer precise incremental control.
